What Are Guilds?

Guilds are collaborative player organizations that bring together up to 5 adventurers to participate in cooperative activities, earn guild (Sigils) and individual (Valor Points) rewards, and benefit from powerful guild-wide buffs. Guilds provide a structured social experience with progression systems, communication, and exclusive cooperative content like Guild Boss raids.

Core Guild Features

  • Cooperative Progression: Guilds have their own leveling system separate from player levels
  • Guild Bosses: Time-limited cooperative boss raids with shared HP pools and rewards
  • Guild Buffs: Purchase temporary bonuses that benefit all guild members
  • Private Guild Chat: Communicate with guild members
  • Activity Tracking: See when members are active and their contributions

Creating & Joining Guilds

Creating a Guild

Any player can create their own guild by paying the creation cost and choosing a unique guild name.

Creation Cost = 500 Voxels + 500 Gems

Joining an Existing Guild

Players can search for guilds and request to join.

  • Open Guilds: Instant auto-join when you click "Join" (no approval needed)
  • Closed Guilds: Cannot currently be joined
  • Member Limit: Guilds can have a maximum of 5 members
Note: You can only be a member of one guild at a time. To join a different guild, you must leave your current guild first.

Guild Roles & Permissions

Guilds use a 3-tier hierarchical role system with different permissions at each level.

Leader (1 per guild)

  • Change privacy settings (Open โ†” Closed)
  • Promote members to Officer (prestige role)
  • Kick members from the guild
  • Transfer guild ownership to another member
Important: Leaders cannot leave the guild without first transferring ownership to another member. However, if the leader is the last person remaining in the guild, they can disband it entirely.

Officer (multiple allowed)

  • Prestige role with no additional permissions
  • Participate in all guild features (same as Members)
  • Distinguished by purple name color in guild roster

Member (multiple allowed)

  • Participate in Guild Boss raids
  • Use guild chat and view activity logs
  • Benefit from active guild buffs
  • Contribute to guild progression
  • Leave the guild at any time

Guild Progression & Currency

Guild Leveling System

Guilds have their own progression system separate from player levels. As your guild defeats bosses and completes activities, it earns Guild XP and levels up.

XP Required to Level = Current Level ร— 250
  • Level 1 โ†’ 2: 250 XP required
  • Level 2 โ†’ 3: 500 XP required
  • Level 5 โ†’ 6: 1,250 XP required
  • Level 10 โ†’ 11: 2,500 XP required

Guild XP is earned primarily through Guild Boss participation (1 XP per 1% boss HP removed).

Note: Guild levels currently track progression but do not provide bonuses yet. Future updates will add meaningful rewards and unlocks for higher guild levels.

Sigils (Guild Currency)

Sigils are the guild's shared currency, earned by all members during Guild Boss raids.

  • Earned From: Guild boss damage contributions (1 Sigil per 10% HP removed)
  • Lifetime Sigils: Total Sigils ever earned by the guild
  • Shared Resource: Sigils belong to the entire guild, not individual players
Future Feature: Sigils are currently tracked but cannot be spent yet. Future updates will add guild upgrades, perks, and other purchases available with Sigils.

Guild Buffs

Guild members can purchase temporary buffs using Valor Points (personal currency earned from Guild Bosses). These buffs apply to all guild members and significantly enhance gameplay.

Available Guild Buffs

  • Companion Speed & Range: Faster and longer-range companion attacks
  • Damage & Stamina: Increased damage output and stamina
  • Companion XP: Faster companion leveling
  • Guild Boss Killer: Extra damage specifically against Guild Bosses

Buff Mechanics

  • Duration: +12 hours per purchase
  • Maximum Duration: 72 hours (3 days) per buff type
  • Stacking: Multiple purchases extend duration, not magnitude
  • Decay: Buff duration decreases in real-time
  • Cost: Paid with Valor Points (earned from Guild Boss participation)
  • Benefit: All guild members receive the buff, not just the purchaser
Coordinate with your guild! While purchased individually with your Valor Points, buffs benefit all guild members. Communicate to avoid duplicate purchases and maximize coverage.

Guild Bosses

Guild bosses are the primary cooperative feature of guilds. These are time-limited challenges where all guild members work together to defeat powerful bosses with shared HP pools.

Key Features

  • Cooperative Gameplay: All guild members attack the same boss with a shared HP pool
  • Individual Runs: Each player fights the boss alone for 2 minutes using tickets
  • Global Synchronization: All guilds fight the same boss type during each period
  • Equal Rewards: All participants receive the same rewards based on guild performance
  • Scaling Difficulty: Boss gets stronger each time you deplete one HP bar

How to Participate

To participate in Guild Boss raids, click the boss icon at the top of the home area screen. This will open the Guild Boss interface where you can view the current boss, your available tickets, and start your run.

Players use tickets to start Guild Boss runs. Each run lasts 2 minutes, during which you fight the boss to deal as much damage as possible to the shared HP pool.

Ticket System

  • Maximum Tickets: 3 per player
  • Regeneration Time: 8.5 hours per ticket
  • New Member Starting Tickets: 1 ticket
  • Run Duration: 120 seconds (2 minutes)

Tickets regenerate automatically over time. When you have less than 3 tickets, the UI displays a countdown timer showing when your next ticket will be available. You cannot start a run without at least 1 ticket.

Combat Mechanics

Guild bosses feature a dynamic difficulty system where the boss becomes stronger each time you defeat it (deplete one HP bar). Your starting difficulty is based on your previous performance.

Starting Difficulty

Starting Difficulty = max(1, Last Reached Difficulty - 3)

The game remembers the highest difficulty you've reached. Your next run always starts 3 levels below your best, with a minimum of difficulty level 1. For example, if you previously reached difficulty 10, your next run starts at difficulty 7.

Difficulty Scaling

Each difficulty level multiplies the boss's stats by the following factors:

Boss Stat = Base Stat ร— Phase Multiplier ร— (Scale Per Difficulty)^(Difficulty - 1)
  • Health: ร—1.05 (5% increase per level)
  • Attack: ร—1.05 (5% increase per level)
  • Defense: ร—1.02 (2% increase per level)
  • HP Regeneration: ร—1.005 (0.5% increase per level)
  • Attack Speed: ร—1.005 (0.5% increase per level)

Damage Reduction

Starting at difficulty 6, bosses gain additional damage reduction:

Damage Reduction = 2% per difficulty level above 5 (capped at 99%)
Difficulty Display: The UI shows difficulty as 0-indexed (internal difficulty 1 displays as "Difficulty 0").

Enrage Mechanics

Guild bosses can become ENRAGED under certain conditions, making them significantly more dangerous. Once triggered, enrage lasts for the entire run and cannot be removed.

Difficulty Enrage

Trigger: When current difficulty โ‰ฅ starting difficulty + 6

Difficulty Enrage = Starting at (Start Difficulty + 6)

Damage Cap Enrage

Trigger: When your total damage exceeds 2% of the boss's remaining shared HP pool

Damage Cap Enrage = Total Damage > (Remaining Shared HP ร— 0.02)

The damage cap enrage prevents individual players from contributing too much damage relative to the guild's progress, encouraging balanced participation from all guild members.

Enrage Effects

  • Attack Damage: ร—2.0 (100% increase)
  • Damage Reduction: 25% base + 75% of existing DR
Warning: Both enrage types can be active simultaneously! If both trigger, the boss's attack is multiplied by 4ร— and damage reduction is applied twice, making the boss extremely difficult to defeat.

Rewards System

Guild boss participation earns three types of rewards: personal Valor Points, guild Sigils, and Guild XP. All rewards are based on your guild's performance, not individual contribution.

Valor (Player Currency)

Valor = (Guild HP Removed รท 5%) + Kill Bonus
  • 1 Valor Point per 5% of boss HP removed by your guild
  • 5 Bonus Valor Points if the boss is killed (100% HP removed)
  • Maximum: 25 Valor (20 from damage + 5 bonus)
Important: Rewards are identical for all participants! Whether you dealt 1 damage or 1 million damage, everyone who attacked receives the same Valor based on the guild's total performance.

Sigils (Guild Currency)

Sigils = (Guild HP Removed รท 10%) + Kill Bonus
  • 1 Sigil per 10% of boss HP removed
  • 5 Bonus Sigils if the boss is killed
  • Maximum: 15 Sigils (10 from damage + 5 bonus)
  • Minimum: 1 Sigil if any damage was dealt (even 1%)

Sigils belong to the entire guild and are likely used for guild upgrades and features.

Guild XP (Separate System)

Guild XP = (Guild HP Removed รท 1%) + Kill Bonus
  • 1 Guild XP per 1% of boss HP removed
  • 25 Bonus Guild XP if the boss is killed
  • Maximum: 125 Guild XP (100 from damage + 25 bonus)

Reward Examples

  • 100% HP removed (boss killed): 25 Valor, 15 Sigils, 125 Guild XP
  • 95% HP removed: 19 Valor, 9 Sigils, 95 Guild XP
  • 50% HP removed: 10 Valor, 5 Sigils, 50 Guild XP
  • 25% HP removed: 5 Valor, 2 Sigils, 25 Guild XP
  • 1% HP removed: 0 Valor, 1 Sigil, 1 Guild XP

Claiming Rewards

Valor rewards are not automatic. You must:

  • Navigate to the Guild Boss Rewards panel after the event
  • Click the "Claim!" button
  • Valor is added to your spendable balance

Valor Shop

Spend your Valor on permanent upgrades and temporary guild buffs.

The Valor Shop offers exclusive skills that can only be purchased with Valor Points. These unique abilities are not available through normal progression. See the Skills Guide for details on which skills are available in the Valor Shop.

Guild Buff Types

  • Companion Speed & Range - Faster and longer-range companion attacks
  • Damage & Stamina - Increased damage output and stamina
  • Companion XP - Faster companion leveling
  • Guild Boss Killer - Extra damage specifically against Guild Bosses

Event Schedule & Boss Rotation

Event Timing

  • Event Duration: 108 hours (4.5 days)
  • Cooldown Between Bosses: 9.5 hours
  • Total Cycle: ~117.5 hours (~5 days per boss rotation)
  • Boss Rotation: Boss 1 โ†’ Boss 2 โ†’ Boss 3 โ†’ Boss 4 โ†’ Repeat

Boss HP Pools

Each boss type has a different shared HP pool that the entire guild damages together:

  • Boss 1: 1,000,000 HP (shared)
  • Boss 2: 2,000,000 HP (shared)
  • Boss 3: 3,000,000 HP (shared)
  • Boss 4: 1,500,000 HP (shared)

Strategy Tips

Skill Selection

Think strategically about which skills to use against different Guild Bosses. Some bosses spawn additional enemies (ads), making Cleave highly effective.

Offense vs Defense Balance

Find the right balance between offense and defense that allows you to push to the highest difficulty possible. Going too aggressive means you'll die quickly and deal minimal damage. Going too defensive means you won't deal enough damage before time runs out.

Difficulty Settings

Note that your game difficulty settings (Easy, Normal, Hard) have no effect on guild bosses.

Starting Difficulty

When you enter a Guild Boss encounter, the starting difficulty is determined by your last attempt. The game will start you a few difficulties lower than where you left off.

Valor Point Spending

It's a good idea to spend Valor Points on guild buffs, since high-tier skills require you to have spent a significant amount of Valor Points before you can unlock them.

Coordinate Guild Boss Killer Buff

The Guild Boss Killer buff (extra damage against Guild Bosses) should be coordinated with other guild members.

๐ŸŽฏ Conclusion: Mastering Guild Gameplay
